          Steven's Town Spotlight: Johnson in July

          Johnson, VermontGet ready to embark on an exciting journey through the captivating town of Johnson, Vermont. I'm Steven, your virtual guide and Johnson local, and I can't wait to share the highlights of this charming destination during the vibrant month of July.

          In Johnson, there are a ton of outdoor activities and events that will create unforgettable summer memories. Here are some must-do experiences in Johnson this July:

          Foote Brook Farm: This family-owned farm stand offers more than 145 varieties of organic produce! In addition to their beautiful store, they also have a CSA option, so you can have fresh veggies all summer and fall long.

          PizzaLamoille Valley Rail Trail: Pedal your way through scenic landscapes on this picturesque biking and walking path, surrounded by rolling hills, wildflowers, and charming covered bridges. While you're at it, stop by the Old Mill Park right off the Rail Trail - a beautiful park that is one of my favorite places to bring my kids.

          Monday Night Pizza and Tuesday Night Live: One of the truly special things about Johnson is its Community Wood Fired Oven, where the town hosts free events on Monday nights in the summer! Tuesday Night Live is the town's concert series, featuring both local musicians and those traveling from other States to share their talents.

          Johnson Woolen Mills: Dive into the town's history by visiting the iconic Johnson Woolen Mills. Explore their showroom filled with timeless woolen products, from cozy blankets to classic flannels, and witness the craftsmanship that has shaped Johnson's legacy for over 175 years.

          Blueberry picking: My favorite spot is Waterman Orchard, where you can get a "BIP (a.k.a. Berry Important Person) Pass," which gives you access for the season to the best picking and other treats!
