Creighton Karl Vogt was raised in Northern Virginia with 5 siblings. As a child, Creighton had aspirations of being a National Geographic photographer. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.

Creighton was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard.

As the years went by, Creighton worked his way from being a professional portrait photographer to operating his own promotional production business, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.

Creighton got into the real estate industry 3 years ago when the Coronavirus Pandemic began and he had to sell his screen print, embroidery, and promotional products business. He reevaluated his life and began the journey into real estate. Creighton has bought and sold properties for most his life, but only for his personal life. It was now time to assist and share that joy of purchasing a property with everybody whom needed it by becoming a licensed REALTOR. Creighton set out to learn all the specialty markets across Vermont and be the “Go-To” agent for listing a property anywhere in the state. As his career advanced, Creighton found his stride working with real estate investors in the short- and medium-term rental market. He is an expert in determining profitability and cash flow in real estate investments.

Creighton lives in Moretown with his wife, their son and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at home working on the infinite list of projects with his family or relaxing on the beach with them across the street on the iconic Mad River. Swimming, fishing, camping, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, pond hockey, ice skating and all the other wonderful things Vermont has to offer is most likely how Creighton will be found enjoying his pastime. Unless it’s dinner time! Creighton will be supporting local businesses patronizing all the amazing dining options at different times of the year. Creighton aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
